Our Story

Next Page Properties was founded by us, Joe and Rebecca Bauer. Longtime residents of the area, we are proud to be improving the lives of the sellers we work with and also to be improving local communities. With our boys in tow we have been renovating houses in the area since 2017.

Rebecca leads property acquisition and marketing, while Joe manages construction. Their brother-in-law Mark is one of their go-to contractors. Their boys help with lawn care, property cleanup, and project support — making this truly a family effort.
